I've been looking at the Warrington, Wigan and Leeds forums and it seems that 90% of the their fans posting give Huddersfield no chance at all in the rest of the play-offs. They may be right of course (time will tell!), but let's hope that their players and coached are equally complacent and they get a big shock.

Not going to happen with Wire. We've named our strongest 19 possible. We'll be extra on guard ready for when you inevitably come out to bust some lips and make us hurt. This means a lot to you. But it means just as much for us to get back there and take the prize considering we have no silverware yet this season.

Understandable really, the fact that according to some we only finished top because the others were avoiding in it and tactfully picking their own positions and not cos we were actually that good and how everyone considered us the weakest of the top teams......all that has done is made us more determined to prove us wrong.

If we play to our potential we will win the Grand Final, simple, if we dont we will get knocked out on Thursday. On our day we are more than capable of beating anybody and we know it...the hard part is proving it to everyone.

Does anyone really care about the opinions of a load of keyboard warriors. We'll see come 10pm on Thursday night if the Huddersfield Giants juggernaut is still rolling relentlessly towards glory.

we have been underdogs and written off all season and like baloo says, it suits us fine.
we were written off at the start of the season with not many predicting we would make the top 6, some ven thought we wouldn't even make the play offs- we proved them wrong on that.
we were written off around easter time,as that's when our bubble usually bursts and the "slump" sets in-we proved them wrong.
we were written off with 10 games to go as we wouldn't last the pace and we will soon drop off and fall out of the top 4- we proved them wrong
we were written off before the wigan away game, thus given no chance of finishing top.-we proved them wrong.
we were written off last week as apparently we didn't have the balls to come back from a defeat by wigan-we proved them wrong
we have been written off again on Thursday as warrington are far superior etc etc-LETS PROVE THEM WRONG AGAIN! COME ON!!!!

I wouldn't worry about it too much, if our experience at warrington is anything to go by you will be for a few years yet. Then you start hearing fans complaining about refereeing decisions/RFL disciplinaries always going for you, then you know you've made the big time

There will be no big shock I'm sorry to tell you. Paul Anderson was seen leaving a supermarket on Sunday afternoon with a bumper bag of nappies for your players on Thursday night. It was a bit late for him, he soiled his underwear just after midday on Sunday.
