Just in case the coaches and or players read this forum maybe we could reflect on what were our worst performabnces of the year just to keep everyones feet on the ground.

The top three for me would be


Bradford at home, we were flying, a big promotion to get the new fans in, ( i brought two new people) and we were shiite. 40 odd points put on us and we made Bradford look as good as Australia.

Wire CC. The team forgot to turn up and did not start playing until the game was over

Salford away, another lazy start, we fight back are on top and then just lose the ability to defend. Let salford back in and could not snatch a point at the end.

Was speaking to one of the players at the weekend and he said that the players do read the forum but have to take the comments with a pinch of salt as one minute they are getting praised to the hilt then they get slammed.

It's state of mind weekend this weekend, and this is designed to help people overcome all sorts of difficulties and pressures, we inadvertently put stuff on forum's like this, thinking we're helping with our comments, its not always the case.

Opinions are opinions, everyone thinks they know better than the next man, who the best team is, think they can do the job better than the coach, when in truth the majority don't, whilst players and coaches read stuff and say they try to ignore, it would be really difficult to in my opinion.

I'm not sure if any poster on here could read praise or criticise on forums about themselves and not take some credence to it.

Forget about worst performances of the season, focus on what PA and KP tell you, about the next opposition, work on the things that you want to deploy in the game, plan B and what to do if things don't go to plan.

Try to enjoy it as much as possible.

Wigan home and Away

Bradford at MM

Catalans away ( Robbo sent off)

Saints away

id say the worst performances were...

warrington (cup)... big occasion, failed on the big stage.

warrington home... big publicity for this game, billboard, posters in paper etc then we just sacked it off for the following week against leeds in the cup.

wakefield away.. played awful, lucky to get the win. fooooorward!

bradford home... no brough, no clue!

but what a great season we are having could write a whole page on the great performances!

It wasn't missing Brough that was the problem, it was the Nathan Brown like wholesale reshuffling of the squad that was the problem then

No one knew where they were and it showed


Best performance has to be at home v Leeds in the cup.

Big crowd, TV game, massive profile and they were superb, couldn't have asked for more.

Every game we have lost ......Every defeat hurts me a little bit, but the next win makes up for it !!!

Best performance either Leeds in the cup/saints first game of season or Wigan away! If had to pick then Leeds in the cup

st helens first game of the season was top drawer performance!

I agree with Daz never have and never will like losing.Worst performance for me was the second half v Cas.
