| I don't disagree with the sending off but did I and the BBC pundits spot Danny McGuire punch Leroy and if so to quote the BBC pundits should he not have been sent off too?? Leeds got a penalty because Leroy made contact with his knee in the tackle but if you watch the replay Ablett made contact with his boot on Wardles head at least twice again penalty to Leeds and a sending off !!!!
Where's the consistency here ??? We played magnificently to overcome a man short but it would be nice to have one rule for both teams as the panel said one punch and off is the rule !!!! Joe and Danny should have both been sent off not that noticeable at the ground but you can see it on the sky plus !!!

The consistency is clear, as with the Cording no-try, just give the decision to Leeds

| Cordings was a try everyday of the week, worse case was benefit of doubt but could see ball down before Leeds defenders lifted his arm, good old Ganson video ref couldn't keep the ones the RFL wanted at Wembley in it.

| He bottled that decision good and proper if that had been given it would have been game over - if that had been the first try 5 minutes into the game benefit of the doubt at least..

| Have watched it on BBC i-player and Ganson is saying his hand is under the ball at the very moment the ball is grounded. Absolutely no doubt SG simply did not want to give the try and simply talked over it.
As for the touch judge Mr Sharrard he made a number interventions all in Leeds favour, the vast majority wrong.
Well we won so I can be calm about it, but there were some clear inequities in the way the officials treated each team.

| Not good video reffing that's for sure. They couldn't give it to Leeds no matter how hard they tried.

In the first run you hear the ref say the ball touches the ground, then his hand is underneath no try!

| Pretty sure both McGuire and Cudjoe had a pop in that incident. Neither threw 5 unanswered shots 5 yards from a linesman.
You people really seem to struggle to enjoy winning. You played well and won. I'd spend more time focusing on that if I were you.
For what little it matters, I would have given the Cording try.

Yet their brave bid came to a stunning end when Cudjoe stepped out of the defensive line to intercept a pass and then run away for a 90-metre effort. (Times 2)

Watch it again pal, Danny Mags threw the first punches, if you can call them that, then Leroy bopped him.
Be honest - he's always been a dummy-spitter, live with it.

Tend to agree with what you've said there, IMO it was a try, mags and Cudjoe had a bit of bifff, it's rugby league, but Wardle can't do that and expect to go unpunished, hopefully he'll have learnt alot about that type of situation, on another day it could have cost us the match.
Now boys and girls lay back and enjoy the victory it was a cracker.

| the difference is one plays for Huddersfield and one plays for leeds
I think its just the norm now that we have to beat leeds with 12 men.
I wonder if there is any other club that have had a man sent off nearly every time they face a certain team?
I think its now 3 games out of the last 4 we have had a man sent off against this lot?
wardle deserved to go, no question about it, but fair play to him for standing up to leeds bullies.

| Yeah as soon as it happened it was a red card
That said McGuire should have walked for his head shot on Crabtree (jumping up, feet of the ground) as should Kylie for either his clothes lining of Robbo or his numerous late shots on Robbo

| I'm of the opinion wardle deserved to be sent off, however I think maguire should have been at least given 10 mins on 2 seperate occasion, ridiculous high tackle, three punches into leroy aswell as the idiocy he showed against bradford the week before..wardle will learn but fair play he didnt back down to the bullying tactics of ablett

Err, how does that in any way differ from them both having a pop? Did I say what order they occurred in?
I suspect the RFL might be issuing a caution to McGuire this week. It was still very different from Wardle's episode.
What was that about dummy-spitting?
