Video on SL website. Looks like they have been working hard, and all told to say the same things. Didnt really understand what PA said, didnt make sense to me but must be a good experience for them all. Nice to see a bit of video footage. Would be good if the club did weekly updates similar to this on website.

your probably right... maybe our pre seasons are just too good and at the wrong time of the year!
get them to peak at the right time instead of being burned out come the end of the season
this though i think is more about bonding and mental strength which is where we are lacking, been said before that we have the team its just the mentality in the players heads |
