I have as much respect for our Chairman and his backing as all Giants Fans but im afraid the latest comments about us being close to achieving our Goals are Way Off the mark this Season has been a massive total let down in many ways Not least the Players commitment i really Hope im wrong but i See Season ticket Sales at 3 k Maximum the question then is do we have the right Coaching staff and Chief Executive to bring us the success we all crave the evidence this Season is a firm no wish i felt more positive im sure People on here will say im wrong time will tell

And what, precisely, would you expect him to say? He has to sell season tickets, that's not going to happen if he says "We're pants" is it? It maybe that there are changes behind the scenes but you don't wash your dirty linen in public. I'm pretty sure some sort of internal revue will/is taking place but that's a private matter for the club itself. Publicly the message has to go out that everyone is unified and all is well.

I actually don't think we are that far away, yes we need a couple of props and a top class half to compliment Danny Brough would be icing on the cake, but we do have a lot of talent in our squad.

We remind me in some ways of Warrington before Tony Smith took over, loads of good players not performing as the sum of the parts.

A couple of props is the easy bit, it is the magical confidence that we lack. Players trusting everything the coach says. Tony Smith brings that, can Baloo?

Ken is a positive bloke and will always try and see the best even at bad times, who knows what will happen next year - all we can do is buy our tickets, turn up and support the team/club in whatever form it is in next year !

gale is supposed to be coming too to compliment brough... whether hes top class is another thing but theres not many players like that available now
