| Just when we appear to have some sanity !!!
PA comes out with this !!! Ok if Larne Patrick is fit same team minus Jamie Cording but if Moore comes in instead of Fa'alago its madness !!!
it's no Salford for me on Friday win lose or draw, any team with four hookers I ain't going to see !!! I haven't missed any trip to Salford since 1970 but if PA puts that piece of 'deadwood' back and plays Robbo, Fuey, Tommy L and Moore then I ain't spending £70 to get there from work and get home !!!
I know the usual support the 'lads' will come but I have watched every match of the bad run and even if Moore plays we should win but I thought the four hooker days had gone with NB and ain't prepared to watch a changed side with Moore playing !!!

| And the lads have been blasted for not putting the effort in recently..
Said all along it's not NB but PA who loves Moore- and you know what, I would rather have lunty- but Moore has put more effort in than a lot of others so I won't knock him.
Quick question- when lunty comes back next season are you going to not turn up to games if he's named in the squad along with the other three?

Quick reply- why would we keep Scott Moore unless we lose any two from Lunt, Robinson, Lee and Faiumu? Maybe I just don't have the vision but a balanced side even with Grix played well enough to beat the fourth placed team.
So why give Moore a big three year contract when we need a prop and stand off minimum??
Also Moore slows down the ruck area and his passing is average at best?

All key points imo.
Moore is actually a hinderance to the side. Get rid.

Yes I did and it's still insanity based on SM's performances and then in fact to suggest his return would boost anything !!
I will watch the 19 for Friday with interest !!!

| I don't think he is going to be squeezed back into the side, he will push someone out if they aren't doing a good enough job. Competition for places 'n that.

I'm with you on this one jooly.I don't think he deserves the hammer he is getting, but people are of course entitled to their opinion.
Be surprised if he's included on Friday as Tommy & Luke did the business sharing the hooking role last week.
Word is that SM is on his way to pastures new at the end of this season.

| When it comes to Hookers Robbo is definitely our no1. When he is playing we have much more speed and quickness around the PTB and our attack seems better.
I dont care who is no 2 hooker as long as we can maintain the same intensity as when robbo is on the pitch

| Fooey was super sharp on Sunday too.
I got the jist that Moore's inclusion simply sharpens competition for places.
That said, the winning team must stay in place unless injury or other issues force a change.

This is exactly what we need to do for the rest of the season, only swap people out if they are injured or not performing.

| moore wasnt dropped from the team for playing rubbish
he was carrying knocks
robinson is out number 1 hooker, id say faiumu is number 2 but its rare we see him there now, wasnt he playing prop/loose forward on sunday?
lee was the other hooker, so its between lee and moore for the place at salford on friday.
if moore is in over lee then so be it...if the effort is there again we cant complain.
moore gets far too much stick on here.. if he leaves and lunt comes back that fair enough too

| brearley84, with some of the information you come out with, it suprises me that you dont appear to know that none of our coaches (since Faiumu's arrival) have ever seen him as a hooker, and he has actually only played there a handful of times

| How many times did we see grix take the ball from DH on Sunday? I know others step in when the hooker isn't in position but he did seem to do it a lot. -scored off that lovely scoot too!

| Grix has some superb agility in broken play, we've seen that plenty of times.
