| Best team won on the night. Hudds took their chances and defended really well as a team. Despite there being a lot of errors from both teams at times I thought it was an entertaining game.

| Jason chan was brilliant tonight ran and tackled hard and laid it down to Leeds from the start! MOM for me. Some fantastic defence -and if we can make the passes stick.....could have been 40 tonight easily.

| Our defence tonight was what won us the game, very good, and some fantastic kicking by Danny Brough, kept them at arms length second half. the 40:20 was an added bonus as we kicked early - 3 rd tackle I think - for field position to close the game out, but the 40:20 was a cherry on the cake.
Eden whilst making a couple of errors, showed some good running and took his try well. With a bit better finishing we could have won by more, the Crabtree break was superb, but we failed to finish.
2 years in a row now at Headingley, after 51 barren ones.

| Oh -and Eden was pretty good too! Errors? What errors? Hope someone is willing to put their hands up and apologise.
Peacock couldnt stand square if his life depended on it-too old and well past it. Thought Ryan hall was a pile of proverbial -cudjoe showed he was the better tonight.

| Yes, there were the usual 2!! Alongwith his brilliant perfomance.
NB is saying that he'sthe future Billy Slater. I'm sure he's right. No matter the cock up, it doesn't let it affect his confidence.
Chan was outstanding.
Brough & Grix are really starting to gel.
We perform much better when Robbo's on the park.
Not only did Eorl score, but his break and 80 m run was brilliant.
A few errors, yes. BUT NOT A WEAK LINK ANYWHERE.

| Thought our goal defence was great tonight. When we are in that mood teams really have to work so hard to score against us , and we win the moral battles.
Eorls run was to savour.

Yes I've seen Cudjoe scoring lots of sensational tries in Grand Finals and Four Nations tournaments. Ryan will let Cudjoe round his house house to shine his Grand final winners rings and World Club Champions medals whenever he wants. Have you ever thought of doing stand up comedy........you sure make me laugh.

| Leeds' backs were quiet because we wrapped them up well, ian kirke has more medals than any of our forwards but dont mean he's a better player, for me ward was leeds' best player last night, he looks a good prospect.
As i've said on another thread our defennce was amazing at times, 3 or 4 times we held them up over the line in the same period of play.

The only thing that shone about Ryan hall last night was his bright orange hair. He was poor because leroy squashed him

| I thought all of our backs outshone Leeds backs last night. Yet who has the most in the English national squads. Hope Mc banana was there.
The only thing of note from a Leeds back was Hardakers try where he caught the kick from Sinfield It was as good a catch as i have ever seen on a rugby field

| thought we were the better team lastnight straight from the off but then both teams were very error strewn!
our defence was excellant, keep it up!
2 wins on the trot at headingley now...when did this last happen
concerned at grix's defence at the moment, wish he could defend like brough!
lawrence is playing well in his 2nd row position now
cudjoe was brilliant lastnight making hard yards and good tackling with brough, jerry made good yards too
robinson bossed the game for us early on
faalogo looking very good now again, only 3 games in too!
pleased o'donnell got back and did ok
the game would of been won earlier if patrick could of got that ball down in the second half
chan awesome
eden...errors again in the first but made up for it in the second half!

| To be honest with the players Leeds had out especially in the pivotal areas i would have been disappointed if we had not come away from Headingley with a result not taking anything away from our players though and if we had converted some of those breaks in the second half the score could have mirrored last seasons
As for crowds if i were Leeds i would be more bothered about their own crowds 14+ thousand for the current champions in a CITY of three quarters of a million people against good opposition and how many of those were on freebies ? was stood by the turnstiles behind the Carnegie stand and was amazed how many supporters didn't even know where to go

| Amazing defence, absolutely brilliant and it was back to what we were renowned for a couple of years ago....I thought in attack we were ok but again nowhere near our best.
Thought Grix started very poorly and threw some silly passes and at times failed to read the runners and gave flat passes to what should have been our dummy runners, thankfully he improved as the game went on.
Jason Chan was an absolute machine last night and was man of the match by a mile for me - him and Eorl tore the Rhino's apart all night and Brough and Robbo were always busy and at their tormenting best - what about that 40-20 ?? couldnt see fron behind the posts how far it went from and to but it looked a bloody long one!.
Eden is a sensation and although he makes errors his attack and positioning and joining in the line is as good as i've ever seen in Super League, Brown has compared him to Billy Slater at the same age and if he can continue his improvment there's no reason why he cant be up there with the best.
Doof needs a mention too as i thought he put in a right shift and always looked a threat and willing to offload.
Only downside for me was, again, the amount of dropped ball - if we cancut out these errors we should be rattling 40 or 50 points up every game.
looking at that game its hard to see how Mcnamara judges 9,10 Leeds players as some of the best in the country !!
