Why are we buying everyone else's dross.
It started a few years ago when we let Jackson and Stephen Wild go, then the powers that be find we are a prop short and a true loose forward short. So we ask a recognised second row forward to fill in at prop and completely ruin his career, we also buy Gilmour who is no improvement on Wild and we now seem to be taking on more second rate back row forwards.
I can see this club ending up below mid table and staying there. I've said for the last few years if we had played Crabtree and Raleigh at second row we could have spent our money buying a recognised prop.

No he isn't, seen him play a few times this season and never once thought he was anywhere near "good". Grix will be under pressure from Eden if he is as good as the Cas posters have mentioned.
