i fail to see anything unusual in proffesional sportsmen having hernias. it has always been one of the most common injuries picked up in all sports.

I really rate Lunty and think alot of the work that he does is not noticed

I really wish that he would change his mind about the ARL but the money over there is better than here due to salary cap levels

Wanting to play in Oz is one thing, getting chosen is another. Hookers (utility players) are in abundance even over here, Sure his agent will push his CV, but for the Aussies to take notice he will have to be exceptional, he,s good but not that good. Maybe in another year or two, an NRL club may take a chance, in the meantime l hope we get the best out of him.
He,s part of the Giants set up, and l think, hope, we are about to hit new heights, we need players like Lunty to stay, but it will be up to him, (or more likely his agent)

...or a former Hooker turned coach returning to Australia and suggesting him as an option.
