Not a town fan, but some cracking designs and ideas on show there. Nice site too for that fan group. Would be great to see something like that for the giants?

If we had a group, a Tumblr or something is easy to build and could host all the designs on there. Or maybe a Wordpress?

We are hoping to have the end of season fanzine out by Sunday which will likely feature our idea for the banner so look out for that!

Flags are perfect! Would be good if the club run a sign compition for the kids again! They did it a couple of years back for the challenge cup games and many family's around us produced signs! All adds some colour and gives the kids something to feel involved with

They have got back to me now and the club back the idea and when we get going will designate an area within the BR to display the flags

That's a decent idea, someone at the club has offered to meet with me to discuss things further so I suggested we do that after we got the ball rolling regarding final designs and funding! It is certainly something I will suggest

Block 10 was allocated in Brit stand for most of last season. The club were sound to be fair. The tricky bit is getting folk to put flags in there. I was guilty of going to a few matches and not bothering because there weren't any others going up. Cracking idea to swap over for televised matches.

If fanzine can stir a few up, we get club to start talking about it now (they need space to fill on website in the off season), get a few like minded on here to bring flags to matches consistantly we might be able to get the ball rolling.

I definitely think we should target a few matches too, over and above others. Wigan away on the box. All of our flags, and drum everyone up to take c and g scarves, if you could add a few tifo style flags it would look quality on the tele and in the ground, even if we only took a few.

for televised games, would it not be just as good to put them in the corner by the big screen? the amount of times the ref's go to the screen for us they would be seen quite a lot?

also be good advertisement for any company that might want to sponsor a flag for a bit of advertising

I've been having a look at places to buy the banner from and I have found a website that seems ideal. We can get a 5x3ft flag for £106.10, fire Retarded with certificate. What do you guys think will we be able to raise that money? I think once we get one flag in the BR word will spread and we can start thinking about getting more and other ideas on here?
