how poor was that great turnout from the fans but nowt to shout about, thought our forwards were not existant today and the backs worse, salford revisited but with a better team, fair play to crusaders though they were far the better team, barely made any errors at all, bad for us but its good to see bottom can beat top that how it should be on any given day.

No urgency at all. Perhaps they overtrained this week or something because they just weren't there at all. It was absolutely woeful from minute one. Crusaders fully deserved to win.

I actually think Simpson, along with Kirmond, Griffin and Jerry, were just about the only players worth mentioning for having decent games today. I didn't notice Simpson make any mistakes? Didn't get the ball in an attacking position which you can't blame him for surely? Then again, having seen your anti-Hodgson comments...

On paper the Giants probably the easiest two fixtures of all the super league teams over easter. Arriving late obviouly effected your pre match routine. I took a photo of the away stand just before kick off. Unfortunetly I've no idea how to post it on here.

It was a protest by some wfc fans. They are not happy about their owners, their over due tax bill or the "squatters" playing out of their ground.

kirmond was man of the match for me...brilliant when he was on the pitch but took a knock and had to come off.

simpson was very poor in defence today but so were the usual solid defenders down his side like brough.
and what a stupid run with his first touch of the ball going on the outside and getting dragged into touch which then led to the first crusaders try.

think hodgson will be in for tuesdays game after that performance.

NATHAN BROWN POST MATCH COMMENTS

I think you suffered today in the same way that we did against Les Catalan's a few weeks ago.
We had beaten Saints away, Leeds at home and then Wigan away, and in each game we looked great.
We played Les Cats the week after beating Wigan and we all thought it was going to be an easy Wire win.

In the past two games you have beat us at home and then Leeds away and everyone thought today's game at Wrexham was a foregone conclusion.

It is so hard for a team to get themselves up physically and mentally after playing big games. As we found out two weeks ago and you found out today.

Simpson = woeful, set the tone with his 1st carry and getting put into touch. I've seen enough. What a waste of a valuable quota spot.

Jerry = 1st bad game of season, 3 tries past him. 1 great take of the high ball. Really need him to bounce back with a big effort on Tuesday

Leroy and Lawrence = just not with it today in either attack or defence

Brown and Brough = didn't look interested, possibly due to our pack being out played

Pack = didn't run with enough speed and didn't tackle with enough power

We can get by if 1or 2 people are off their game but I honestly felt not one player did themself any justice.
