if hes a hit for two seasons with us i will be happy, cant blame him for wanting to return home to the top comp once hes proved himself here!
contract up same time as stones and wakemans, they may all go at same time!
hope he likes the huddersfield scenery!
one thing is for certain, he will miss the start of the season so who plays full back for us? i think mcintosh will get a run, or gaskell..simpson?

Could be a great signing,saying yeah he got it to prove,just hoping in doing that they would go away, but really very happy with Jake,a FB who will at the very least will put a few tackles in.

Well playing for knights he will have had to tackle more than other fullbacks. He had to make 70 tackles in the 13 games he played .....but he did miss almost 1 tackle for every 2 he made last season. He missed 30. Of course those numbers don't tell the whole story. If a fullback is good at positioning himself he gets more opportunities to make tackles- if he's bad at it he doesn't get close so he doesnt accrue a "missed tackle" I reckon Connor got away with a few of those!
Thing is your fullback should rarely need to make a tackle if everyone else does their job! I'm more interested in whether he can create chances than make tackles- will have to wait and see.
