Correct the South Stand is a poor view (but were improving our stadium so we can be better equipt in the long run)
Like has been said above - our East stand has been selling tickets on the gate so by all means join us and get a side on view - or go into the west for a seated view.

Not at all , just merely warning people who haven't heard about the change due to your club seemingly deciding not to inform people about this, that if they are going there expecting to sit down in the usual seats - as some people have already said they cant stand for that long etc - that this is no longer a possibiility.
A lot of people on here are good friends and i wouldn't want them wasting their hard earned cash only to be disappointed on the day.
As for go in here or go in there, a lot of fans will buy tickets from our club shop and those options are not available as Rovers have issued us with South Terrace standing tickets.

not being funny but ur stadium is hardly worth looking at as it is now that you wont be able to see probs half the game well it doesnt advertise really good now does it

Im not going, im not makin excuses either i just,like daz refuse to pay £18 for an atrocious view in a ground where facilities are poor. Money is tight for most people and forking out for something that isnt value for money cant really be justified.
As daz has said its pretty poor that hull kr have not told anyone about this. Good luck to those are going but im afraid i wont be.

Dont blame the view for not going - like ive said, plenty of room in the east stand for a side on good view and west stand for a seated side great view.

Main stand sold out, last time in east stand was one of my worst experiences at a rugby game all be it 20 years ago so thats a no no. £10 is a fair price for south stand

i will still be going just wont buy my ticket before i go, i have stood in east stand before without any trouble either, will if possible sit in main stand or the bit underneath it, think it is poor by hkr for not telling us about south stand tickets been the ones on sale to us here

dont blame the view ???? er isn't the whole idea of travelling across the country to a Rugby league game to have a view of the game you've travelled to see?

I wont ever go in that East terrace after the last and only time i've been in there.....again call it an excuse but to me it is enough reason to not want to risk going through that again !

The stand is so far away from the pitch, it should be €18 as the turnstiles are in Belgium!

It was bad enough on the east terrace 15 years ago when there was only 1500 people on it i dont think many giants fans would feel welcome enough to go there. Its a shame as its usually a decent game but im sticking to my guns and refusing to pay £18

no way my mum can stand for that length of time and got threatened by a couple who sent their kid with messages inviting me to fight! He then duly pelted us with stones- so no I won't be going in the kr stand!!!! Not sure what to do now

well considering i usually go to every home and away game..................

I didn't miss a game at all last season and have attended all so far this year. So that's at least two die hard fans that have been put off- to add to this my other half may meed to drive down to hastings for a meeting mon morn so he may set off sun and stay over.....not saying I'm definitely not going yet though....

Hull KR have been offering tickets for the south stand at £10 and £5 ever since they came back into Super League and take up has been virtually nil so to ask supporters of visiting clubs to stump up nearly double is taking the P

Surely the job of dismantled the portable stand should have been simply followed by a move 120m to the other side and rebuilt?

I have only missed one game at rover since they got into super league not to mention the cup game, so yes i would have been coming anyway, im just not gonna stand for getting ripped off!

It's apparently in a pretty poor state, also, we'd need to put some sort of concrete foundation down first as I don't think it could just go on the grass behind the in goal area.

I'll use this to post my annual offer of a free lift there and back for any Colne Valley or M62 junction twenty four based Giants, you can even come and stand in The East with The Skein and I, you'll definitely be made welcome.

They could buy tickets to the Well standing area ......but would have to buy from Hull kr ......oh wait those tickets are more than the south stand ,,,,,

Our current capacity is reduced to 8,000.
Our attendances have been under 7,500.

This isn't taking into the account the south terrace, with this in mind, there are 500 tickets available to purchase in other areas of the ground with much better views then an end on one.

No offence because I'm sure there are some decent Hull people but the majority of KR and FC fans I have seen at games tend to be of another breed. The thought of standing with Hull KR fans along the side isn't something i'd want my Mrs and Daughter to witness.
