Yeah I don't get the grix hate, yes he was prone to to the odd mistake now and then but so was Brett hodgson. Don't think fans ever got over the sting of losing hodgson, so anybody in the 1 shirt was always destined for unfair comparisons and unrealistic expectations.

Yet in his first season after Hodgson left - grix got supporters player of the year award....

79 minutes of excellent play, every week a vital part of the team...then that one play

But he'd still be name one on almost any team sheet in SL

As has been said, he's moved on and had a great season and bloody good luck to a great player for our club
