Agree totally, wouldn't have a go at anyone for their lifestyle choices.

I would add that I hope this move works for the club. I don't blame Ken Davy for making this choice as they obviously needed to do something. I also appreciate that he took the time to say he was aware this wouldn't be popular with some of the long-standing fans.

Whilst the friday nights might be inconvenient for some fans to attend the games, it is also beneficial for the players and coaches, the team!
So as fans, are we happy to sacrifice our friday nights to the team have a better chance of being successful? i suspect should we win the treble next year, not many people will be giving it a miss.

Stone-age said he wanted a FB,centre and backrow,so could yet see some movement on the recruitment front,depends on who we could ship out I suppose.
Not seen the Bfd 3 play for a while,but you need a deep squad,unfortunately we don't have the production line of young talent that some other clubs have,who on debut look ready for SL .

Take the point about some people needing new signings to be tempted to buy an ST,but the 3 you mention were needed to ensure survival.I'm okay with the squad,FB (as ever) is a big call for Rickster.

our 3 signings brierley, ikahihifo and symonds , bringing in these early doors could provide wonders for us, already settled in and get a pre season with us and stone... a head start here as they dont need to settle, mirror the football club where they brought their german players in early pre season and went away bonding, paid off for them with a flying start, same could happen for us

I was expecting a bit surge of promo and signing or just press released in general following the excitement created by season tickets, but it's all gone a bit dead...
