Yes I like Widnes as a club, They have never been a big club but they have certainly had their days in the past. It's good to see them coming back, and playing well in the first half of the season, They deserved their win over us but we are a different team this last month, I expect us to be too good for them at the moment, we must be brimming with confidence.

We definitely have the momentum to win the game that's for sure. Our form and confidence have to be high and hopefully winning in Newcastle gets us more confidence to come out of none-Giants changing rooms and win finally! The challenge will be whether the return of Kev Brown can immediately improve their creativeness and step up their overall performances. He'll be up for it playing against his most recent club as always but I think we're in a much better position to handle him than earlier in the year.

If Broughy can keep up his enthusiasm (he's up for it) then his kicking game is unstoppable (both defensive and attacking) and the rest of the side will take care of itself.

Like everyone before has said - this is the make or break for me in terms of reaching the top 8 as in if we lose I think we're done for. yeh seen salford are appealing the 6 point deduction. the rfl may turn round and deduct them 20 if they lose! not that it would make much difference.
