a good way to promote the club and more exposure, we had earned it too by finishing 3rd. Anyway think the topic has been done to the death now we will just have to sit back and watch all the action with the big boys on tv instead

the club crys our for exposure, this was an opportunity and so was the recent SL event at a packed trafford centre just before xmas... we didnt bother with that either, makes you wonder if the club has something against the rfl

to be fair brearley, we get plenty of exposure throughout the season but it doesn't seem to do much good...even our own hardcore fans can't be d to go and support the team away from home!

don't see how an expensive friendly against a mid table Australian team in freezing conditions would give us that much more exposure, as i have said, if it did happen the only people who would go would be from the regular home crowd, with the rest of the people mildly interested watching it on home or in the pubs on SKY.
