Leythers are away to Salford Red Devils on Friday 27th Sept for the Playoff Eliminator Game.
For those Leigh fans travelling but not by coach there is free parking and a shuttle bus from The Trafford Centre to the Stadium every 15 mins from 6pm. For more details visit the clubs travel page.
https://salfordreddevils.net/club-info/travel/
Parking is also available at the stadium (Purchase online using travel link above) or at Salford City Roosters clubhouse (Free) which is a15 mins walk.
The V1 and V2 go very regularly from Leigh to Walkden Road, Worsley (On East Lancs). A short walk is the Ellesmere Sports Club (Cheap Beer huge grounds) then further up Worsley Old Hall and The John Gilbert pubs. Worsley is a lovely place to have a drink. An Uber from Worsley to the stadium is usually £5-£7, great value when the bus from Leigh is £2 per trip.
Outside the ground there is the Red Devil fan village outside the stadium serving food and drink (Wide Range of Beers) plus providing pre match entertainment including music and player interviews.
Any Leigh fans not wanting to stand in the North Stand (Away End, 1850 capacity) can buy tickets for West Stand 01 (650 capacity Seating) through Leigh or Salford. There is also VERY limited space in 1873 (Best seats in West Stand, Bar/Food, MoM post-game and Player's Lounge). 1873 flanks the whole pitch it's a massive space, that is £40 per adult ticket for this match. These tickets are only available through Salford who also offer Platinum Dinning at £85 an adult ticket (Two Course Meal pregame by Heathcotes and 1873 Match Seats)
Leigh have had issues with the initial ticket sales however will sell 2,500 - 3,000 tickets. This will be an interesting game which hopefully we win if we can contain Leigh's forward, the front row were magnificent v Saints. This will be our biggest crowd of the season 100%. This is a massive game for both teams.

| What a day Leythers - Tory Boy Robin Garrido's push for an appeal/review on the council stadium purchase has been chucked out this evening.
Then Salford have just announced initial tickets have already surpassed our best 2024 Season Home game attendance v Saints which was 6,700 plus, therefore record attendance on.
Our players and the Leyther Legend Rowls deserve it. I reckon Leigh will get no more than 3,500 tickets at the most, the stadium holds 12k. Take note of the travel options.

That is correct it is just over; Leigh have sold 3000 tickets with only another 500 being allocated to Leigh by Salford to resell. It is unlikely Leigh will get more than this due to demand and stadium capacity.

Correct, Leigh have sold 3000 tickets as of last night meaning 500 tickets will go on general sale today. Some Leigh fans will be disappointed which is a shame if they cannot get tickets however it is a home draw for Salford who finished 4th. More tickets are Salford gift to give if only if they can offer more tickets subject to home fan sales and capacity - advertised as 12k but more likely to be 11.5k as a maximum.
Proud Leyther Rowls spoke yesterday, he is looking forward to Friday and the contest.

| Leigh fans, with only 1,000 tickets left to Sell for Salford this will be a Sell Out. Segregation means Capacity is 10.8k for Fridays game, Leigh has North Stand, W01, W02, E5, E6. With Segregation any fans not in these areas will be removed from the stadium. Hopefully the reduced capacity will ensure its easier to get in and out of the ground on Friday night.
