| Interesting pattern emerging from the Leopards play book.
Tries
It was a good weekend for Josh Charnley. The winger not only scored a hat-trick, but that also makes him Super League's joint-top scorer. The Leigh winger has enjoyed a fantastic start to the season.
Round Leaders: Josh Charnley (3), five others (2)
Overall Leaders: Liam Marshall, Josh Charnley & Tom Johnstone (icon_cool.gif
Assists
Sticking with Leigh, Gareth O'Brien is now also a joint leader with his two assists at the weekend putting him level with seven for the season. Mikey Lewis and Blake Austin had excellent games for their teams too, assisting twice.
Round Leaders: Mikey Lewis, Blake Austin & Gareth O'Brien (2)
Overall Leaders: George Williams, Harry Smith & Gareth O'Brien (7)
Carries
The halfbacks dominate this department with four halfbacks from four different clubs leading the way over the weekend. William and Lam, co-leaders for the round, are also first and third respectively over the course of the season.
Round Leaders : George Williams & Lachlan Lam (2icon_cool.gif, Mason Lino & Mitchell Pearce (24)
Overall Leaders: George Williams (145), John Asiata (136), Lachlan Lam (129)
Offloads
Toby King has gone about his business quietly since moving to Wigan but he was the most prolific offloader of the round. Esan Marsters remains top while Kai O'Donnell, who offloaded three times against Hull FC, is now second.
Round Leaders : Toby King (4) Six others (3)
Overall Leaders: Esan Marsters (13), Kai O'Donnell (12), Jack Weslby, Toby King & Julian Bousquet (11).
Charnley is running hot - with metres made and tries. He is being fed with combination of Asiata, Lam and O'Brien.
O'Donnell who likes to run through gaps or bounce off players is the Offload King. Just need a little more balance on the Right edge and Leigh are looking sharp.

Round Leaders
Mentioned it the other week how we are excellent on the left edge , very similar to the Riddy/Reni/Kaye days .
O Brien coming into the line from FB is giving us plenty options but agreed, we need to have the right hand side being more involved , mainly due to us becoming predictable to play against

| Spot on with the comment teams are very soon going to see all our attacking is very one sided .Also all our tries seem to be scored wide out a few near the post would be a blessing.Saying that why change something when it is working

I did go to HKR and Saints and Wigan, although there is nothing wrong with playing to our strengths the tendency to rely on the same things that have got us out of jail in previous games will eventually give us what happened on Friday . We are in a fantastic place after 7 games and exceeding expectations, absolutely made up with how the season is going on and off the pitch but I don’t go to the match wearing blinkers and see what is in front of me. The game on Friday showed that we are reliant on certain plays

And even from the stands, and me being nothing more than a fan, called a good number of them plays, so it’s not surprising they were snubbed out easily
