Atrocious playing conditions. It's whoever plays the conditions better in those games and Widnes did that. Good luck to them. Hope they win the final. Personally, I'm not really interested in the competition. Should be better next season when it has been thought out properly and played as a curtain-raiser rather than being rushed through and played after the main final. I'm looking forward to the run in and play-offs in the league. There will be some crackers, especially the home game against Widnes on Aug 18th now that we owe them one the week before their Wembley appearance. Then York at home should be another nail biter.
