17580.jpg First game was in 1967, and have been hooked since day 1. Now live in Vancouver, Canada but follow our team any way I can.

| Thanks Harry.
Great to see us back to strong defence, especially in the second half. That was an exhausting game that the guys obviously just did not want to lose. Nothing certain over the next few weeks but I think that puts us in a very good place to come away with 32 or even 34 points. Yes I really do think we can beat Toronto on their own turf if we play rugby and let them play silly buggers and not get drawn in.
Big well done to the lads and every single one of the loyal traveling support.
Great result

I thought there was some good and not so good points from the game.
Our unforced error count was terrible, to many times we gave up the ball through either bad decision making or low skill levels, a couple of team members - the older ones - look like they are flagging a little, are they being asked to do to many mins? After having an indifferent start to the season Hutchinson started to play like his pre season publicity said he would, of late he does not get involved half enough, is he better than his present form or was he just good in games we dominated? Get Evans away from the centre spot, his defence is terrible.
I thought Larroyer had his best game in a Leigh shirt, for me clearly our best performer, also like how Reynolds is prepared to take the line on more, when he does these runs he is attracting defenders to him, but even with a quick play the ball we have no one in the immediate area to call the next play, Hutch is languishing out on the left half of the field, is this a coaches instruction? Our scrambling defence and one on ones was really good (except Evans) and the tackle on Kheirallah by Owen when he broke down the centre was nothing other than sublime.
Over all a good performance, but still some room for improvement, they can't take their foot of the gas at Dewsbury need the points difference, It may well come down to that to reach or for a better position in the top 4.

| You say the older players were flagging a little, but I thought the middle looked a lot more solid for having Hansen in there, though it seems he had to do more minutes than you would expect because Dezaria again did precious few minutes. Hopefully Mason or Richards will be back this week to replace him. Who are the other older players? Can't think of anyone else over 30 in that team.
Have watched the first hour, and not seen much wrong with Evans defence after the first try. Hutchison again soft in defence for one of their tries. Though not sure I'm keen on this idea of Evans playing at centre when we're defending then Hall moving inside when we have the ball.

| Unusually the thing I noticed was the excellent performance of the referee. He kept a good 10 , kept up with play (spotting forward passes for both sides) and kept the game flowing.
Credit to both teams for playing in a such a good spirit.
I thought the Thompson twins were awesome in patches and consistent in defence.

| I too thought Larroyer had his best game. The Thompsons were great again and I thought Jamie Acton had his best game for a long while. Hope he is not ruled out after he went off. Goal line defence, especially second half, was excellent.

| Great effort. If anything they overplay at times which creates the errors. The high ball for Crooks to run onto has paid dividends in many a match, that game called for it, they did it once all game. Just need to get a little smarter with the kicking game.
Hutch too many short ones, predictable. Yet his passing is sweet running across the line, in fact its lethal. Leave the short stuff to Reynolds and do what you're best at.
Fantastic result.

| Excellent result indeed. Not sure I'd have enjoyed watching the last few minutes if I'd been there. It was bad enough on video and I knew the result. Wonder if Hall will take over kicking duties permanently now?

| It did seem a long time from Hall's penalty until the hooter - not all in comfortable areas either.
