Salford will be very tough. They've gone close to team top of SL and won enough games this season to be in top 8

I stand by my original message, and am glad we have Salford at home rather than away. Look how they self destructed at Bradford last year and hammered us at home. Additionally, they have an appalling away record this year.

And they don't have Rangi , he beat us on his own last year

Do we still have Salford at home if the Giants beat Wire by 46 points. Unlikely I know but not impossible. Wire have a cup semi next week and can no longer win the league leaders shield. The only definite fixtures we know are where we play Leeds and London as 10,11,12 in SL could still feasibly change and we have no idea who will finish 3rd and 4th in champ.

We will know where we play SL teams by 4pm tomorrow and Championship team fixtures by 5pm on Sunday

Has any body watched Rugby League backchat ob Premier Sports this week? Some really constructive advice from the Halifax chairman Michael Steele on how to approach the MIddle 8's. Win the matches against the other Championship clubs and concentrate trying to win the 2 home matches against the Superleague clubs. He thinks we are much stronger this season which I agree with especially in the Forwards. Michael Carter the Wakefield chairman was also on the programme and mentioned how unfair it was last season how we had to meet the Superleague clubs first up, and seemed to say this may be addressed this year, although this may be scuppered by SKy or availability of football stadiums.

The MPG should be the target,reach that and its a one off Grand Final in which owt could happen.

Warrington can still win the LLS as you only win it after 30 Rounds.
