Just listened to the latest from BBC Radio Manchester and Ryan Brierley was on for a bit. He spoke well when questioned - and even had to fend off a stupid question from a Fax fan.

Overall though, I am not too sure that the fellas at BBC Radio Manc take Leigh serious enough.

They even said, several times, that we're "unbeaten in 24 matches". But as we all know it's 24 WINS!! Which is miles more impressive!!

I sent a tweet correcting them of this but I sent it too late for it to be aired it seems.

Anyone else listen-in?

Also Tony Smith not happy with Leighs approach for Higham apparently through the 'back door'. Ie suggesting a deal was struck with Higham before we approached Wire

Jack Dearden has just apologised on Twitter.

I'd be somewhat surprised if we went behind warringtons backs re higham. Beaumont is always saying how we do business in the correct way, and is quite rightly highly critical of clubs he try and tap our players up.

I think what Tony Smith was saying is,you could have asked the club first.But Leigh were well within their rights to approach the player,giving its that time of the season that allows it.

Asked why Leigh always resort to thuggish tactics when they're loosing. Ignoring the fact that it was only when Leigh took the lead the fight started. Brierley said something along the lines of don't think that's true but we'll defend ourselves if other teams want to play that way.
