who do we think will take over from rob now that he's gone to bradford?

I'd like Mick Hogan, but I don't think we can afford him.

.....more importantly we are probably 2 or 3 years away from being able to attract someone of Hogans calibre to our club. Probably better in trying to see if a hungry, ambitious young pup in Rob Parkers mould turns up in the short term who can enthuse the local small businesses to back us. As happened with Rob both parties will get something from the deal.

I think Rob did a great job at the time he was with us. As a "Brand" Leigh Centurions wasn't really on the top of many sponsors list but his drive and passion pushed it up a bit.
The Leigh Centurions brand now even gets mentioned on TV, our results and the way the team play have seen to that. Whoever gets the job should be able "Sell" our club far easier on the back of our teams success on the pitch

Who ever replaces Rob will need to make sure that they build a good relationship with current sponsors and not just concentrate on new ones
