Yep, seems to be a class act to me. Gets a lot of stick but learning to deal with it. the type of player who will always be a fans favourite but always wind up the opposition fans

I have always been a huge barlow fan, no matter which club he's played for, but even more so, now he's a leyther. Lots of players could be player of the year, but for sam barlow is my player of the year, simply awesome

As a fax fan im so pleased for Sam, penky, Bob and Leigh. Sam is super league quality without shadow of a doubt. I wish he was still at fax, a top guy off the pitch and a superb player. Well done Leigh.

Sam is a top bloke, when he was at fax he was a great ambassador for the club. Yes he lost his head on the pitch at times but he is a destroyer and breaks tackle after tackle. He is as nice a bloke as you could meet, a gentle giant. Im really chuffed for Leigh as a club and hope we meet you at Headingley for the final.

and if i'm not mistaken he did something iv'e never seen before and boy did it have us in stitches. He scored a try under the sticks in front of the North Stand jumped up then vaulted the advertising boards into the North Stand and applauded the team like the whole North Stand, what a guy, A SPECIAL NIGHT
