| Leigh East 2nd team 12-22 Haresfinch
East fell to 2 late tries against premier division outfit Haresfinch in what was nearly a shock result in the NWML cup competition, Tries for East from Ricky Holt and Sam Grainey with Curtis Littlewood kicking 2 goals.
Rylands 12-28 Leigh East U18s
East were quick out the blocks going into a 10-0 leads thanks to some good work by the pack to send Billy Allred over for 2 tries early on then eased off to let Rylands back into the game. A quick try try by Jordan Stellard just after half time put East into a 16-4 lead before some poor play let Rylands score two tries out wide, East killed the game off off with some well worked tries by Jack Hansen and Adam Wilkes, Daniel Grainey kicked 3 goals and Jack Hansen kicked 1.
Leigh East U15s 44-0 Mancunians
Leigh East U15s are just one step away from the NWC cup semi final after a convincing victory. East were dominant throughout and a victory next week away at Leyland will see them in the draw for the semi final, tries for East came from Corey Hamer 3, James Hall, Jack Kirkpatrick, Cameron Coulton, Robbie Arnold and Robert Smith with James Hall kicking 3 goals.
Leigh Miners 10-32 Leigh East U14s
East u14s were looking to bounce back from there heavy defeat at Blackbrook in the last game against the arch rivals Leigh Miners, with East at full strength they were too strong for the Hosts. Tries for East coming from Ryan Horne 3, Danny Hatton, Callum Lewis and Jack Ashton with Ryan Horne kicking 2 goals and Iestyn Sephton 1. This result gives Leigh East U14s the bragging rights over arch rival Leigh Miners once again.
Hindley 20-12 Leigh East U13s
East 13s went down 20-12 after leading for most of the game. A series of errors allowed Hindley to pinch the game in the last 5 minutes. East tries from Elliot Dean and Niall Seddon with Matty Rudd converting both goals.
Leigh East U12s 28-4 Ince Rose Bridge
Leigh East U12s led from the front with good go forward and quick play the balls which gave the backs space out wide to score, a brilliant win for the hosts with tries coming from Kieron Prescott 2, Cobyn Fletcher 2, Anthony Norcross and Connor Grainey with Jack Holland kicking 2 goals.
Widnes Moorfield 6-12 Leigh East U11s
East came out on top against Moorfield who haven't been beaten for 2 seasons after breaking down a well drilled defence to lead 6-0 at half time after playing up hill. The Hosts scored first in the second half to equal the scores before Leigh East got over to seal the victory, tries for East coming from Taylor Pemberton and Adam Jones with conversions from Jordan Fishwick and Taylor Pemberton.
Leigh East U8s 7-9 Chorley Panthers
A very close game which saw end to end rugby until the scores were tied at 7-7. Chorley secured the win with 2 late tries. Tries for East from Josh Hopkins 3, Brody Allred 3 and Dylan Gregson, Brody Allred claimed Man of the Match, Best Tackler was Josh Hopkins with Cai O'Brien getting the best run award.
