Didn't it become Toddys after Mr Armstrongs?Yesterday Salfordlad ,Roman Officer ,and myself attended the Funeral of Kenny Grimshaw , a very sad day , but later in the Miners we were talking about the Oddfellows pub on Twist Lane , why was it nicknamed "Scotches "? |

Hi Ian, I would like to thank you, Salfordlad ,and Roman Officer for showing your respects for our ken yesterday.  . Ian, I believe our dennis said the oddfellows was once run by a scotsman,but I don't know if it's true. was the room above the co op once called aristotles ? |

Hi Derek , no thanks needed ,I wouldn't have missed paying my respects to Kenny for anything , you know how far we go back , you ,Brian , and Kenny were good friends to me , it was great seeing you both again , pity about the circumstances.
You have given your identity away now though  ,im still not sure about Scotches though , neither am I about Aristotles,i do hope to see you again at the LSV , now I know who you are , as I said we go in the Touchdown Club , so hopefully see you there.
I would like to keep in touch with your Brian ,seeing you all brought back so many happy memories or me from Wilkinson St ,and Pennington School, hope to see you soon , stay in touch.Ian .

Thanks Ian, Me and our Brian will be going to the Wigan game and will be doing the hospitality offer. If either of us don't see you before then we hope to see you at the LSV. Don't know were I got the Aristotle from,It must be a malfunction of the brain.
