Just been watching the racing on channel 4 and Clare balding was doing a tribute to the great tony McCoy.
At the end of her pice she listed a few other great sportsmen to compare to McCoy and she put kevin sinfield in that list
Nice touch I thought for our sport that struggles to get recognition it deserves

A P is Irish , I presume by "This Country ", you mean Britain and not England ?Everyone is entitled to their opinions , but to me AP is has a lot od advantages in National Hunt Racing , he was first Jockey to David Pipe when he was untouchable as a Trainer , and he is dedicated to riding 2 meeting a day every day , his winners to Rides ratio may not be that great , and even now AP is a Freelance Jockey but still rides for Nicky Henderson and Jonjo o Neil 2 of the most powerful Stables in English racing .No doubt AP is class but no better than Ruby Walsh or Barry Geraghty in my opinion , of course . |

No it isn't, (Great) Britain is England, Scotland & Wales. The UK is Great Britain and Northern Ireland. |

| Sorry to have to agree with Reffy mate but it was 2 countries and a Principality which signed the treaty of Union which Northern Island could not because it only came into existence in the 20th century.  |
