Having become a big rugby league fan over the last few years a part of me longs to have a go at the sport myself. Does anyone know where a good place is to go for beginers? If nothing else I'm sure it would be a good opportunity to lose some weight and socialise. Does anyone play for a team? I've noticed Bolton Mets RLFC are advertising for players but, having never even touched a rugby ball before I'm not sure where the best place is to start.
