Yes. I remember his late arrival against the pies. Ha. Can't say I'd be upset if he was VERY late again. Reserve ref appears to be Thomason and I much prefer him. Normally refs well.

Only if they move the roadworks at the Pennington end!
Actually, one side of the bridge has just been finished. I wonder if they'll remove the roadworks for a couple of days, to allow easier access for the Leeds fans?

Has anyone not informed the Leeds Club to get their coaches to turn off at the Firestation junction on the bypass and go down St Helens Road instead and come back up Twist Lane.

By the time you get to that point you may as well go striaght through. The problem may well be the queues coming off the Lancs.
I normally park on the car parks at the ground, but if the roadworks are still on was thinking of parking on the retail park - does anyone know if there has ever been any problems parking on there i.e. fines etc |

No problems as far as I know - there are no barriers and Sainsburys, KFC and Harvester are open till late on the Retail Park.

You could also park on the new Complex (where the new Tesco and Cinema is) in the Town Centre. If you then walk in the direction of The Goose Pub/Avacab taxis, turn left at the traffic lights, walk over the Canal Bridge and you will see the Centurion Pub on the right side. Then follow the other fans to the Stadium.
