I don't know how you can rejoice over that win today Lynda. That was everything that I hate about football. The terrible decision that Young was not given offside and his absolutely riddiculous dive. All that to win a game. That is most definitely not sport.

. And a brilliant strike by scholesy. If united win the title the week before they play the bitter blues, will Mankini make his players give united a guard of honour?

PMSL think they should present the trophy there to be honest

The worst thing about City challenging for the title means that the armchair Reds now feel they have to out-shout and out-gloat their noisy neighbours now it's gone belly up. Pretty tedious, to be honest.

Still proud to be a Blue. 2nd best team in the country and for the first part of the season we put the fear of god in every team we played (including the dark side in Trafford). The armchair Utd fans all over the country will be all bleating on about "little City" instead of focusing on the great achievement of winning the most difficult league in Europe.
All these years of waiting and suffering over last 30 years will make that league title all the more sweeter when we finally win it.

You have to admire Fergie the way he shook hands with Mark Hughes they obviously don't like each other.

Why is that? It was on in the pub but tbh I only looked at the TV screen when it was all over and looking around the room everybody seemed bored to death with the game.

Fergie is a genius, he can handle his players and Manchini cant thats why its happened the way it has, City have got all the talent in the world, but the also have the problem of their over inflated egos, anyone crossing Fergie gets shown the door. A great Team spirit is important in any game. Our lads seem to have it again, and thats why I think we will come good.
PS I think City were stupid to get rid of Hughes when they did.
