Can someone clarify something for me. Kick off is at 19.00 in Toulouse. Does that mean it will be 18.00 here?

For info I found an internet stream french radio station last year that had live commentary. Cannot for the life of me remember which but I'll try find it again once kick off happens. Coomentary in french of course but it was very entertaining last year trying to work out what the heck they kept getting excited about and hearing the Leythers singing.
