Although if I remember right there was something about expansion clubs could be invited to apply, anyone told them of our Canadian links?  |

As I understand it, the guarenteed place for a Championship team will be announced tomorrow, but the unsuccesful applicants still go in the mix with the Sooper Dooper league clubs for their re-applications in July.
As the closing date for applications will come before the NR Cup final we could not apply.

The applications for the SL clubs to go in is Friday with the 2 Champ sides that miss out just being added to those.

Well, was worth a try...Just tring to give myself some false hope!!
3 Years it will have to be then!!! No local derbys for us for 3 years (unless Oldham or Swinton come up and bring 50 fans with um as per), makes me feel sick as Widnes are the only team we get a good atmosphere going!

I am happy to fly across at the clubs expense as their international ambassador.
I'll have to try and fake a Canadian accent as, despite 10 years of being here come June, I still haven't quite mastered it!
And we have Vancouver Leyther also, if we had someone from New Brunswick we'd be coast to coast!
