Can I ask if anyone out there hasnt been yet and can play poker, to attend LISA needs has much help as possible atm and at the end of the day its money the club needs to buy players.
By turning up, paying a tenner for a nights entertainment, with a chance of winning a few bob in the process is helping the club. So please please could people try and make it down, if things dont improve soon we may have to stop this event.

| Im very suprised at the response we have had up to now ,it seems people say they are coming and then dont turn up , i realise not everybody can attend each week ,but please try to come you will be suprised how enjoyable it is ,no pressure ,we all likea laugh, comealong tomorrow night 7.30 the Centurion ,St Helens road ,you know Frank B couldnt play a couple of months ago ,hes lethal now  . |

Hi this is just an idea but maybe if you took the poker nights on the road as to speak, around leigh's pubs you could if advertised for maybe a month in advance in the pub it is going to take place in you could attract new players from the pubs regulars and have a complete set of new players every week instead of the same one's every week. You could then go round the pubs on a rota basis and only hit that pub once every 4/5 weeks ?? Just an idea that may work for you.

Thats an excellant idea Wayne or we play as The Centurion and we run it like they do with pool an ddarts and do it as a league. Ill speak to Ian about it tonight.
