| two luxuries we cannot afford next season?
Crowds of 1500, guaranteed Championship Rugby for the next 3 years, no Widnes derby...neither have made any impact whatsoever on average crowds, or (based on the second half of the season at least) much impact on the team.
I take no pride in this statement but I am not sure we can afford (or should that be deserve?) even one of them, never mind both. Why should we expect Arthur to keep putting his hand in his pocket?

| Ian Millward has been out coached for the second half of this season, in particular the last two games against Sheffield, but i'd keep him over Paul. Although he has a year left on his contract I'd say we could do with a fresher 7.

Depends whether we want to progress or not. Surely we have to have a good coach, and Ian is one. Robbie's experience is invaluable too. I agree he's had a poor second half of the season although, after the op. he had, perhaps he shouldn't have been playing again yet! You have to believe we can move forward from this or we might as well pack in playing.

| We need a decent scrum half, with legs.

| We have certainly been out coached nearly every week since the home loss to Fev. That was the tipping point of the season and it has been all down hill since.
Roll on next season and even lower crowds to watch another bunch of glorified friendlies.
At least the NFL starts this week.

| Paul has been a great player - emphasis on has been. Hopefully he will accept he doesnt deserve the wage and move on or play for nowt
Basil has been outcoached all second half of season, once he was sussed that was it no plan B. Tonight we had them at the ruck but as soon as Paul touched it the danger was over.
ps well done adam higson

| Basil is one to keep, lets not forget this isn't really his squad and next season will be the real test providing we have the money to do so. As for Paul we should get rid if possible, he's put in the odd good game all season and bring in a 7 who knows how to get the game by the scruff of the neck.

| Robbie Paul has won us games this season, we can't make him the scapegoat, tonight we were dire it would have been a fair result if they'd won by 40, Milward has been outcaoched but I'm not saying anything on him or Robbie, some players just aren't bl00dy good enough. Maden to me needs to go, sooner the better, no pace whatsoever, more power in a double a battery, Nanyn can play when he wants to. Bibey should just retire, the least said the better, There's more players than these who need to go but these are the very worst from a average bunch. Steve Nash shouldn't have been taken off tonight, he was one of our better players throughout, tonight was just a shambles, it's painful to remember, but, I'll still have a season ticket next season. I just want the money from the walk to be invested right, if he brings in someone who isn't good enough or is a has been then i will have lost all faith in L.C.R.L. IMO everyone who did the walk should nominate a player and the most popular is the one who we try and sign. And to make season ticket holders pay tonight, that really has boiled my urine.

| What a load of crap I am reading on here about two ot the people who have got this team into the playoffs. The old saying of you can't make a silk purse out of a pigs ear comes to mind. Get a bloody grip you lot and stop crying into your pints. There are players on that team that are worse that Robbie.
