Going back a few years but there was some fuss about Leigh being taken to court for a player's injuries and a connection with getting into Super League. Who was it and did anything ever come of it?

Did some asking around. £1m medical negligence case going ahead against Leigh Centurions. Company called Berrymans Lace Mawer, an insurance specialist, is representing Leigh.

Could be a lmajor case in professional sport and open the floodgates for other claims.
