After yesterday game, Id stick my neck out and say Blythe was worth his place, as was Nanyn (he should have started before Adam) however Evans didnt do enough to shove AJ out for the HUnslet game thats if Litler is fit, he went off injured.

How good is it that we can debate selections in the threequarters? i have been watching Leigh for many years and cannot remember this happening, one things for sure is they all want to play and thats good for us, Basil picks the team and he aint doing too bad so far is he?!

I am a big fan of AJ and have said so on numerous occassions.

Re Rhys Evans if he is available my view is we should play him. He is lightening quick and is a brilliant player.

Looking at the fixtures we now have left I think we are nailed on to be Champions this season.

When we got Evans on a DR some plonker on the Wire site stated "we`d now got the best player in the Championship".... Now I know he`s a good prospect but he would nt be in my starting 17.

Don't forget the kid is only 18 and only played for us 4 times, he's a star in the making let's see what people are saying at the end of the season.

I`m not doubting he`s a star for the future but for the Wire fan to state we`d got the best player in the Championship, was dismissive to the many excellent players at our level.
I`m glad we`ve got him he does look an excellent prospect.

Only opinion but I'd only use Evans ' sparingly ' , 2 games in , 2 games out , he is still only 18 and still physically developing , I doubt Tony Smith would be too upset if we did occaisionally rest him , the Championship is a tough place to play at his age , especially week in week out , I felt he wasn't quite ' with it ' yesterday and I would bring in Adam against Hunslet
