There will be a few more Wire fans coming too !!
There are a few in my local going to the game who are secret Leigh fans going on Sat, and its really refreshing.
Wire fans must have a soft spot for us, as I don't half get some looks in Birchwood Centre before getting the thumbs up ! 
Leigh should tap more into Culcheth, Birchwood and Cinnimon Brow in my opinion ! |

Anyone know if you can ring the Market stall staff or ticket office to put some tickets aside for collection and cash payment circa 1pm Friday ?

Our club makes very little effort to attract people from the outer reaches of the town, so go for it! Worked for Saints in the 2000s. Normally a few get on the bus in Leigh shirts in Culcheth/Glazebury on match days, John Duffy is quite well known in the latter. Rumour is bus services on Sundays will soon be extended to 8, which can only help. Since they began stopping at 5 I have struggled. |
