Yup - said it this afty.....he's contracted to Hornets for another 12 months, has spoken to no one else, he knows he's been linked with moves to Leigh, Cas, and a couple of RU clubs, but he's no plans to go anywhere.........

After listening to Johns interview it sounds like he has dragged his backside up from hell and got to here he is through hard work. This is very comendable but does it carry any baggage? He also talked about he along with JPW forming a players union of sorts. Could he do this and be the full time head coach or Leigh? I think John probably talked himself out of the running with the interview but thats just my view. What he is craving in his life is stability listening to him so it may suit him to stay at Rochdale. The number of houses he and his family have lived in over the last few years says that. Could Leigh offer him that at the moment?

Not at all , just that until somebody [ JS,Rochdale or Leigh] actually announces something definate , its all just rumour

I have no idea who has or hasn't submitted an application , and I dont care , we'll get whoever the club [ TB and the remaining directors ] decides to give the job to , and then hopefully whoever that is will get all the support they can from everybody , club ,players and fans alike

I almost sacked an employee for such a thing. After I gave him 'action short of dismssal', i told him to grow up!
