| Quote TonyGee="TonyGee"Hey. we work in the community too and charity Work is an important part of that!
But in all seriousness, we play in a league of castoffs. The northern rail would be better named the Castoff cup. Held in Blackpool which is the capitol of cheap Cr*p it would be fitting

I think Toa would be far more at home in Bridlington or a similarly eldery-aimed seaside escape

| Quote TonyGee="TonyGee"It was not our worst game, It may have been our worst half but i still think our first 40 against Toulouse was worse.
In the second half we contained Leigh With relative ease and caused you problems. You are where you are on Merit as is every other club in the division. But this was not your best performance of the season, i would imagine its not even close.
Maybe it feels better because we are such a big club
but in the end looking at some of your results this does not compare.'"
Well after the first half, Leigh only had to contain you so even though I wasn't there due to work running late, I suspect there wasn't the same committment to put you to the sword as it sounded they did in the first half, hence why you were able to contain them

Ahh but the sign of champions is putting team's to the sword. And its never that simple, as soon as you let your intensity drop in RL you wont be able to recover ala Wigan at Bradford earlier this season. Leigh didnt intentionally stop trying, We sorted our defense out and muscled up a bit in the pack. you were running the same moves in the second half that you were running in the first and that was the problem. Once we had figured out what you were going to do stopping it was not a problem.
But again, the result was right. And well done to Leigh on that score.

| This is getting embarrassing because I agree with Mr Gee again.
Regarding injuries though I bet he doesn't know TKL will miss Widnes's next game. A shower curtain hit him on the head.

At least you got it right, Only the curtain would be needed to injure TKL, the rail could just be an innocent bystander.

| Why kill themselves tony. That was the first game in a run of 4 games in eighteen days. Job fortunately was mainly done within the first 40 minutes

I agree the job was done in the first half, but it is a very dangerous thing to let your intensity drop not only because it can lose you games. Players are more prone to be injured if they are not playing at full intensity, and it will allow an air of complacency to creep into the team.
If This did happen i would imagine Millward will be having a Word at training. He is too good a coach for that.

| Game was pretty much over by half time. Widnes gave us a brief scare with 2 tries but never really looked like winning at any point in the game. We knew we had a huge game on tuesday against 'Fev and think we may have had that in the back of our minds. Once Emmitt got his try it was just no risk rugby from us and mission accomplished.
Millward 1 - 0 Cullen

| We seemed to switch off for the first 15 minutes or so and let you back into the game too easily. For me, the first half was one of our best halves of the season if not the best. I don't think it's coincidence that teams seem to have their 'worst' games against us. Our line speed is really good this year and we shut teams very well and we didn't allow the Widnes pack any room last night. One thing Widnes had the better of us was controlling the ruck, they piled 3 men in every time and it slowed us right down and at times we were getting killed by letting them up too early.

| Widnes got back into the game second half because we allowed them to play the ball a lot faster than first half once that happened they started to get us on the back foot..

| I have seen all our games this season apart from Limoux.
The 3 that stand out for me are away at Fax and Toulouse and the NRC qualifier against Featherstone.
Should be good on Tuesday and I hope those with no internet access are aware of our fixture that evening.
