You're probably right, but I'd still like to understand why some seem to think we should be given preference over any other club.
The only reason I can think of is, if the 2009 season isn't officially over with, other than that I can't see why. |

As far as I know the Championships are based on, on field performance ie the P&R we all crave for, nothing to do with any other criteria.
If Oldham had won the GF they'd be in the championship, and no one would be complaining. |

Surely any decision will be taken by the RFL council after a full or emergency meeting, or have they given the 'Executive' those powers? - which wouldnt surprise me one iota.
