It would be a hell of a shock - especially as we will have to play without the "DR4" - but it is not impossible. A winning mentality, and self belief count for a lot - and a coach with a bit of tactical nous helps as well. Add to that a large contingent of very vocal Leythers, and you just never know!!!

And we have already won a Superdooper team this year - remember - so why not again??

My view and approach to these games is no chance as gulf between them is too much. But once hooter goes we just get behind every tackle and run we make and keep pushing them on until the end.

It's just 13 blokes coming up against another 13 - once that hooter goes, you never know.

i would love you to be right matt you know that but this is a top six SL team who can beat anyone on there day which they've proved already this season.

it does funny thing to supporters as well.its usually 36hours before i start getting worked up before a game.

Regardless of what we all think, I don't imagine that any of our lads will step onto the pitch thinking that they're already beaten....and that's what counts.

Our lads are part time but they train too often for fitness to be an issue. It is speed we are short on.

I would rather see our lads give it all and lose by 20+ v Bradford than watch them away at London Skolars winning by 70.
The Widnes game is so big for us and our DC's are dropping off at the wrong time.

Im happy just taking every game as it comes really, just concentrating on the next game and on the players for that we have available for that game. We have to try and win every game and MUST field our strongest side if the club is going to attract new fans.

I'm expecting us to get beat by 20-30. However, I do think we've got an outside chance against bradford [size=200if[/size (and yes, that is a big if) we can handle Bradford's power and strength. For one thing, I think we can play better rugby with the ball in hand.

We do have Ian Millward and a set of players, that are all playing well together, so well give them a game, however cant see us getting within 30 of them. I be there hoping Im wrong though.

Millward will have the team prepared and will tell them that we are capable of winning, we are full of confidence and have nothing to lose. If we get beat by 30 no one will bat an eye lid. After speaking to one of the players before the Sheffield game he told me they couldn't wait to get stuck into Bradford, and after seeing them yesterday we have nothing to fear. It is a tall order, a big test but i will be happy with a good performance and you never know..?

3 finals this year and the only 1 I have a slight doubt about is Leeds in the CC cup final, but we did em in 1971 so why not in 2010

Leigh will be fired up for Bradford and with nothing to lose and everything to gain, why shouldn't we cause an upset. Millward is the coach that McNamara will never ever be. Millward is 100 times better than McNamara and the more we stay in the game the more Bradford will panic.

We stuffed Fax when everyone thought it would be close. This will be the same. It will be close and they will panic and with a 1000 Leythers behind Leigh we can win it. It's a cup game and anything can happen. They could get a player sent off. Stop being pessissmistic and believe.

Agreed, they have the better team. They have more money. But come friday night robbie paul will roll back the years and who knows what could happen. Likely? No, Possible? Definately!!!
