£225 Million spent on football players during this January transfer window, how can any person/organisation justify this? it's time the government started to hit these people where it hurts and close all the tax loopholes that these players and organisations use to avoid paying what they should.

Well Chelsea's bankroller is not domiciled in the UK so any income he has from abroad is not taxable in the UK under current tax legislation.

I doubt that any person similarly resident here but not domiciled would need to worry about that law being changed with the present chancellor being George Osborne and also bear in mind the position of Lord Ashcroft ( within the Tory party) naturally he is not domiciled in the UK either.
