Look at how the clubs behaved Friday. You turn up and Asiata tries to end Mata'utia's season, to prove a point after last season. Your entire bench loses their heads over a drunk fool shouting nonsense and then your coach gets in front of the microphone and cries like a baby about two correct refereeing decisions. There was clearly a gameplan to upset us by Asiata doing that and try to get one of our players sent off and it went so badly. Saints have the one drunken idiot (Sponsor from the executive box apparently) to deal with, what else did we do to disgrace ourselves so badly?

All three post match pundits agreed that there should be no further action against Asiata for the tackle at the start of the game. Wilkin losing his head because it was "similar". But Saints can continue to froth at the mouth.
On the original topic of Asiata's future. If his injury is months rather than weeks, then the club will need a decision from him fairly quickly on whether he intends to extend his stay.
