It's something that the RFL should have seriously looked at this season especially with greater ramifications for clubs in the championship.There is nothing to stop a club involved in these partnerships signing players from a SL club on supposed permanent 12 month contracts and then others on DR.Then there is the possibility of usi g senior SL players returning from injury.
