A 'talk' may be allowed at say a training seeeion but on the day don't think so as the players prepare themselves mentally in their own way.

Every coach will do their prep their own way. Personally I agree with Fred's version. The lads need to be totally focused on what the coaches have been preparing them for. I've got the early off now on Friday and can't bloody wait.
