Football i can understand but it seems a bit odd that people think Leighs attendances will be hit by two other rugby clubs playing on tv or am i miss understanding what people are on about

No - but if you didn't have a season ticket or Touchdown membership you might not be tempted by Leigh v York with Wire v Saints on tv - thus once again raising the issue of getting the "floating" fans through the gate

Surely we wont know that until the club have tried fridays a few times?

Those who are current supporters will do everything they can to watch whenever finances, shift patterns, other commitments allow, I just cant see your average Joe (Mo’s already bringing every Bob

) parting with about £15 to watch Leigh v York (no disrespect to them as it could probably be anyone), when he can watch Wire v Saints in the <Insert any pub you want> and have a few pints and possibly spend less.

For the record I hope I’m wrong and LSV is packed to the rafters, as you say only time will tell.
