Your correct, we should but we all know the rules at the start of the season.

Now then trev you didnt actually have them players missing did you, infact i bet you didnt have many first choice players missing did you? Where as it is a FACT that we had the players i mentioned missing. At the end of the day it was a run out for the players to get some game time and means nothing. Both Batley and Halifax fans should realise that after last season where both were major underdogs in our leagues 2 major cup finals yet both managed to win. Its the big games that count not the ones in January.

I reckon Batley might have somethng to say on the best half backs though. I hated Mennel before he left for Oz, if he's improved in Oz then everyone is in trouble
