they are not to blame at all, it is up to the employer to ensure that all of their employees are legally entitled to work in this country. as an employer myself i have to show due diligence when employing anyone new, this takes the form of photocopying passports, national insurance cards and working visas. it is up to me to prove i have done this, not up to my employees. |

The thing is with this one it cant be a usual RFL sweep me under the carpet job. This is now a legal matter which both employer and employee will have to prove their innocence. I am more than happy with the British legal system to go in search of the guilty ones!
