When Streety & Tony Cotterell both played for Leigh, saw Tony in Fletchers Nitespot. I just mentioned to him that I like it when "someone does a big hit on Tim, he just plays the ball, then 'laughs/smiles' at them. Tony replied "he wouldn't F***in' laugh at me" Fair enough !!!
one word to desribe tim, LEGEND that guy carried our team in so many matches, watched us since 1978, seen some greats like woody, dessie, but tim street well he's my hero no question.
